Cancellation Policy

Deposit upon Confirmation

To proceed with bookings after confirmation, a 20% deposit is required at the time of reservation. This deposit is non-refundable, but it is fully reusable within one year from the date of payment and may be credited towards any future service with Elenatours.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due 28 days before the start of services. Late settlement may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

Cancellation Terms

The following penalties apply in the event of cancellation:

More than 28 days before start of services Deposit forfeited  20% of total
Between 8 and 28 days before start of services 60% penalty on total booking value
7 days or fewer before start of services No refund — 100% penalty
All cancellations must be communicated in writing to Elenatours. Days refer to calendar days prior to the confirmed start of services. Elenatours reserves the right to amend these terms; the version in force at the time of booking applies.
